Bookings close one day before departure, and the group tour needs a minimum of two adults. Same-day requests are worth a WhatsApp, because sometimes we can still help.

We don't sell overnight packages on this site. It's a day-trip site and we'd rather keep it honest. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange something longer through the parent company.

## Questions we get before booking

### Is one day enough for Taman Negara?

A day trip is about 14 hours door-to-door, roughly 7 hours travelling for about 6 hours in the park. That's enough for a licensed jungle trek, a rapid-shooting boat, the Orang Asli village and a Lata Berkoh swim, but not for a night walk or deep multi-day trekking. If you want more than a day, message us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange it. We don't sell overnight packages on this site.

### Can children join the group day tour?

The group tour takes children aged 7 to 11 (minimum age 7) at RM 507 each. Families with children under 7 should look at the private day tour instead, which can accommodate younger travellers.

### What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation until 1 day before departure; within 1 day it's a 100% fee. Booking cutoff is 1 day before, and the group tour needs a minimum of 2 adults.

### Where is the pickup point?

Pickup is within 3 km of the Twin Towers; beyond that the meeting point is Harriston Boutique – MATIC, with a RM 60 outskirt surcharge paid to the driver. The group tour departs 6:00 AM sharp with a 5-minute waiting time, so be in the lobby before then.
